Company Information

The Company, Exhibit One Software, was established by a certified public accountant who saw a need for a Windows based, reasonably priced software system for fiduciary accounting.  His many years of experience in the trust and estate area combined with his software development skills, brings a unique perspective to Exhibit One Software and its product TotalTrust.

The company philosophy embraces attention to detail, compliance with state laws and industry standards, and quality of product and service. Exhibit One Software anticipates meeting the needs of attorneys, accountants, guardians and other professionals in the fiduciary arena. While striving for excellence, Exhibit One Software hopes to become a partner in maximizing the level of service provided to your clients.

The Principal of the company has acquired a broad range of experience in accounting and tax matters, and information management,  including the over eighteen years in the estates and trusts area. 

While practicing accounting, he never wandered far from the nuts and bolts of software development, an interest acquired in college.  In the mid-1980's, he developed and marketed a student management software system to help Special Education teachers with their federal and state reporting requirements. This system utilized the then new Apple computer. He takes great pride in being one of the first independent software developers for personal computers.

This latest project, TotalTrust, began in 1997. The product was made available for sale in 2001 by Exhibit One Software.
