License Agreement
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.
The registered version of TotalTrust may be installed on any number of workstations used non-simultaneously by multiple people. Multiple users may simultaneously access the registered version of TotalTrust through a network, provided that you have obtained a license for the software covering all users that will simultaneously access the software through the network. If, for instance, five different users will simultaneously access TotalTrust on the network, a five user license must be purchased. A single user license will allow non-simultaneous access to TotalTrust by multiple users.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Disclaimer of Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS-IS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL EXHIBIT ONE SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE, AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
Evaluation Version
Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period a registration fee is required. (After the first year, an optional annual maintenance fee will be charged entitling you to receive all upgrades. Minor revisions and corrections are included in the original registration fee.) Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank.
On-line, credit card, phone, and fax ordering is available.
When payment notification is received you will be sent the registration key.
Unregistered use of TotalTrust after the 30-day evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.
Distribution
You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone; and distribute the evaluation version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software, registration codes and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
